The International Conference on Information Technologies: Information and Communication Technologies for Research and Industry ICIT-2019 was hosted by Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov (SSTU), Russia, on February 7-8, 2019. It was organized by the SSTU Institute of Applied Information Technologies and Communications.
The conference proceedings include research papers of authors from Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Algeria. Various aspects of information technology in the modern world were discussed: problems of control theory, security and energy efficiency, artificial intelligence, smart city technologies, cloud computing, virtual reality and many others.
