Please be informed that every accepted paper should be accompanied with a signed Consent for Publish Proceedings form: Consent for Publish Proceedings form.

Please download the form, fill in your details – Title of the conference paper, Author(s) full name(s), Corresponding author’s name, address, affiliation and e-mail – print, sign and put the date. The form has to be scanned in color and uploaded during the registration (see the section Register).

Plagiarism and reuse of data

If figures, tables, animations or text quotations from copyrighted works (including websites) are included in your paper, permission must be obtained from the copyright holder (usually the original publisher) and the author(s) for both the print and the online format.

For any material you want to reuse you should obtain permissions from the previous publisher. Please download the Permission Request Form (Springer), fill out and obtain permission. This form should be submitted together with your paper.

Please take a look at the following page for more detailes:

If plagiarism has been committed, the paper on SpringerLink is given a “retracted” stamp, and an erratum explaining the reasons for the retraction (i.e., plagiarism) is inserted. In addition, the volume editors and the author’s academic supervisors are informed. Please note that a retracted paper remains visible, with its “retracted” stamp. It does not simply disappear.

Please note that your paper may be checked by our plagiarism-checking tool on its arrival at Springer.

Kindly refer to the following page for guidelines on publishing ethics, conflict of interest statements, and more:

At least two reviewers will evaluate the submission in a blind-peer review. Authors will be notified by e-mail about the acceptance or rejection of papers. If a paper is rejected, the author will receive the review results and recommendation for corrections. The author will have an opportunity to re-submit the corrected paper for further evaluation. The accepted papers will be presented by their authors attending the conference on February 7-8, 2019 at Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov.

Each author should put his/her ORCID number while mentioning the authors of the paper.
